Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your registration and participation in the Caliph Group Affiliate Programme (the "Programme") and your use of the affiliate portal at caliph.biz (the "Portal"), operated by Caliph Life Sdn. Bhd. (202301019858 (1513780-T)), trading as Caliph Group ("Caliph Group", "we", "us"). By submitting a registration or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Each person may hold only one registration. Registrations are identified by NRIC number; duplicate registrations will be declined.
- You must give true, complete and current information, and keep it up to date.
2. Registration and approval
- You register through a personal invitation link or QR code from an existing affiliate, or through a Caliph Group company link.
- Your registration is submitted for review only after the registration fee is paid (see section 3).
- Caliph Group may approve or decline any registration at its discretion. If approved, you join as an Associate, placed under the affiliate who referred you (or directly under Caliph Group), and receive an email to set your Portal password.
- Being an affiliate does not by itself authorise you to sell or advise on any takaful, insurance or other regulated product. Where a product requires you to be registered, licensed or certified with a product provider or regulator, you must meet those requirements first.
3. Fees

- The registration fee is paid by online banking (FPX) or DuitNow QR through our payment partner, toyyibPay. Card payments are processed by our card payment partner. Your banking login and full card number are entered only on the payment partner's secure page and are never stored by Caliph Group.
- We will email you a reminder at least 7 days before each yearly charge, and a receipt after it.
- If a yearly charge fails, we will retry and ask you to update your card. If it remains unpaid after the grace period shown in the Portal (currently 14 days), your membership may be suspended.
- We may change the fees by giving at least 30 days' notice in the Portal or by email. Changes apply from your next charge after the notice period.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
4. Auto-renewal and cancellation
- By paying the registration fee you authorise Caliph Group to charge the yearly membership fee to the same card each year until you cancel.
- You can cancel auto-renewal at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Your membership then stays active until the end of the current membership year and is not renewed.
- You may end your participation in the Programme at any time by notice to us. Commission already earned up to that date will be handled under section 6.
5. Your responsibilities
- You act as an independent affiliate, not as an employee, partner or agent of Caliph Group, and you may not make commitments on behalf of Caliph Group or any product provider.
- You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and product-provider rules, and with Caliph Group's guidelines, memos and code of conduct published in the Portal.
- You must not make false or misleading statements about Caliph Group, its products, earnings or the Programme, including to people you invite to register.
- Customer and prospect information you record in the Portal (for example in the CRM) must be collected lawfully with the person's consent, used only for Caliph Group business, and kept confidential.
- You are responsible for keeping your Portal password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
6. Commission
- Commission rates, override rules and rank criteria are set out in the Portal and may be updated by Caliph Group from time to time. Updates take effect from the date stated.
- Commission is calculated on approved sales only. Where commission is payable over several years, later-year commission is payable only after the renewal payment for that year has been received.
- Rates are based on the rank you held on the date of each sale.
- Caliph Group may withhold, adjust or recover commission for sales that are cancelled, refunded, reversed, found to be non-compliant, or paid in error.
- Commission is paid to the bank account you registered, according to the payment schedule in the Portal, after any lawful deductions. Monthly statements are available in the Portal.
- You are responsible for your own income tax on commission received.
7. Ranks
Every affiliate starts as an Associate. Promotions and rank changes are decided by Caliph Group based on the published criteria and its assessment, and take effect from the date recorded in the Portal.
8. Suspension and termination
Caliph Group may suspend or terminate your participation, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or any law, provide false information, act in a way that harms customers or Caliph Group's reputation, or fail to pay the yearly membership fee. On termination your Portal access ends, and unpaid commission may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law where termination is due to your breach.
9. Portal availability and liability
We aim to keep the Portal available and accurate but provide it "as is" and may change or interrupt it for maintenance. To the extent permitted by law, Caliph Group is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in connection with the Programme is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other laws that cannot be excluded.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the Portal or by email. Continuing in the Programme after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
